We believe happy, healthy bees produce the best honey. By treating our bees with the utmost care and securing land with healthy forests for foraging, the bees, in turn, reward us with top-quality honey. Honey that is inspired by the stunning landscapes around the Top of the South Island of New Zealand.

TUI MANUKA BLEND

This honey is particularly special as it includes three nectar sources found only in New Zealand. Manuka, with its rich flavour and prized wellness giving properties, Kanuka, a close relative of Manuka but with a gentler and smoother flavour, and Kamahi, light and delicate bringing balanced sweetness. Together producing a most delicious honey. A honey prized by the most discerning of honey eaters, like the Tui. Delicious!

PIWAKAWAKA FLORAL

A special multiflora blend from the pristine native bush in the Top of the South Island of New Zealand. A delightful mix of kamahi and honeydew, with manuka, kanuka, rata and clover. Bright and lively with an intense sweetness, much like the Piwakawaka or Fantail after which this honey is named. Delicious!

The Piwakawaka/Fantail – Adorably cute, bright and friendly with a distinctive fan shaped tail the Piwakawaka or Fantail is a sociable songbird and an icon of the New Zealand bush. Their happy chirping and playful, friendly personality often brighten our beekeepers day as they call in to check on the work. Fantails bring a smile to everyone who sees them, that is why we named our Piwakawaka Floral honey after them.
